Grayscale's ADA ETF Delay Puts Pressure on Price as AlphaPepe Rises
Grayscale's decision to delay its Cardano (ADA) ETF has put pressure on the price of ADA, removing one potential source of institutional demand. This setback comes as Cardano continues to develop its staking, DeFi, scaling, and cross-chain infrastructure.
AlphaPepe, a retail-focused project, is now in Stage 20 at $0.02761 with more than $2.44M raised. The project has four live products, including AlphaSwap, which provides multichain early access with six intelligence feeds. This pre-listing wildcard offers a separate opportunity for retail investors.
The current price of ADA remains sensitive to institutional access and market sentiment. However, Cardano's technical roadmap, including version 11's reduced smart-contract execution costs and Hydra and Leios' improved capacity, provides a broad technical foundation.
