Grayscale's Zcash ETF has achieved a significant milestone in its first two weeks of trading, surpassing $500 million in Assets Under Management (AUM). Introduced on August 25, the product offers US investors direct access to Zcash through their brokerage accounts without having to purchase or hold the asset themselves.

The ETF's performance indicates steady capital inflows since its launch and sustained investor demand for institutional-grade Zcash products. The regulatory nod from the SEC paved the way for Grayscale to roll out what is regarded as the first Zcash ETF listed in the US.

ZEC, the underlying asset of the ETF, has seen a strong rally supported by the ETF craze. Last week, on Friday, September 4, ZEC broke above $1,000, backed by strong institutional interest in the ETF and rising demand for the privacy-focused currency.
