GTA 6 Leaks Persist as Hacker Group Continues to Release Footage

Share

The GTA 6 leaks continue to plague Rockstar Games as new footage surfaces online. The leaker, identified as hacker group Cyberleak, has released three more clips of gameplay in the past 24 hours.

Despite Rockstar's efforts to take down the videos, the leaks persist, with Cyberleak insisting that they remain free despite asking for cryptocurrency donations. The watermark accompanying the leaked footage now features a message aimed at those who have criticized Cyberleak's actions.

The latest clips show Jason hanging out in a crowded strip club and cycling down a beach. Another clip shows him walking into a games store, where he can purchase arcade cabinets and wireless earbuds. The detailed environments and smooth gameplay of GTA 6 are evident in the leaked footage.

Cyberleak's cryptocurrency scheme continues to be advertised alongside the leaks, with the group requesting donations to cover 'operational costs.' However, Stop Killing Games, an organization dedicated to physical game preservation, has publicly decried Cyberleak's actions, stating that they risk 'tarnishing the reputation of our communities and our chances to make change.'

The leaks are expected to continue until at least the Netflix preview this Thursday night, with Cyberleak pledging to carry on unless Rockstar apologizes for the lack of physical support and U-turns on the matter. There is little chance of Rockstar agreeing to this, so the leaks will likely persist up until GTA 6's November launch.
