GTA VI Leaker's Token Crashes Amid 'First True Spoiler' Leak
The GTA VI leaker's token has crashed despite sharing what they claim is the game's 'first true spoiler'. CyberLeak, a pseudonymous X user, shared footage of one of the game's key protagonists today. The leak marks a shift from previous gameplay footage to story elements.
CyberLeak claimed that the GTA VI build in question is 'actually recent' and that 'the game is not ready at all'. They pleaded with followers to continue supporting their crypto token, $CYBERLEEK. The token had skyrocketed from a $40,000 market cap on August 18 to over $2 million.
However, the market cap has now fallen 70% from its all-time high and nearly 40% in the last 24 hours, hitting a low of $7.5 million. Rockstar Games finally addressed the leaks today, admitting that the game isn't finished and expressing their disappointment at the premature exposure.
The leaker's actions threaten to disrupt an upcoming extended gameplay reveal on Netflix this Thursday. Take-Two, Rockstar's parent company, has been requesting subpoenas against Microsoft, Discord, and X in an attempt to expose and stop the leaker.
