Gu Jingci Advises Short Positions in Bitcoin and Ethereum Following PCE Data Release
Gu Jingci, an analyst, shared his opinions on Bitcoin and Ethereum evening trading strategies for July 30. He noted that recent short-selling strategies above certain price levels had been met with surges followed by pullbacks, making the market direction clear.
The release of US June PCE data did not lead to the expected surge in prices, as it reflected last month's figures. Gu Jingci attributed this to the fact that the CPI data release provided a significant boost earlier, and PCE data is linked to previous CPI data.
As a result, the market trend has become clearer: it has surged again, making it suitable to continue opening short positions at highs. For Bitcoin, Gu Jingci recommended opening short positions directly around $64,900, targeting $62,000 to $63,000. For Ethereum, he suggested opening short positions directly around $1,920, targeting $1,830 to $1,860.
