H100 Group Surpasses €200 Million in Corporate Bitcoin Holdings
The Swedish company H100 Group has made a significant move in its financial strategy by acquiring Norwegian companies that owned 2.455 BTC, solidifying its position as the second-largest Bitcoin treasury in Europe.
The acquisition, which was initially announced in March through a letter of intent, involved the absorption of private firms Moonshot and Never Say Die, along with all their cryptocurrency reserves.
H100 structured the deal by issuing 790.5 million new shares to the sellers at a price of 1.86 Swedish kronor (approximately €0.18) per share, valuing the transaction at around 1.47 billion Swedish kronor, or about €141 million.
This move has more than tripled H100's cash reserves, reaching a total of 3.506 BTC, which represents approximately €208 million at current market value.
