H100 Group Triples Corporate Bitcoin Holdings Through Aggressive Acquisition
Swedish health-tech firm H100 Group has made a significant move in its corporate Bitcoin strategy, tripling its total holdings to 3,506.4 BTC through an all-stock deal.
The acquisition of two Norwegian entities, NSD AS and the firms Moonshot and PDI, added 2,455.37 BTC to H100's balance sheet, making it Europe's second-largest listed corporate Bitcoin treasury.
According to a statement from Executive Chairman Sander Andersen, the deal 'allows us to significantly expand our Bitcoin per share metrics while preserving our operational liquidity.'
The acquisition came at an estimated cost of $62,900 per coin, with H100 reporting an average purchase price of $78,400. As a result, the company's Bitcoin treasury currently carries an unrealized loss.
This move contrasts with recent selling by major U.S. corporate holders like Strategy and MARA, signaling diverging strategies in the corporate Bitcoin adoption landscape.
