H100 Group, a Sweden-listed health-tech and Bitcoin treasury company, has significantly expanded its Bitcoin holdings after completing an acquisition.

The deal involved purchasing Norwegian Bitcoin companies Moonshot and Never Say Die, which brought H100's total BTC holdings to 3,506 BTC. This more than triples the company's previous Bitcoin holding of 1,051 BTC.

H100 issued 790.5 million new shares to the sellers as part of the transaction, valuing it at approximately 1.47 billion Swedish kronor ($155 million). The consideration was calculated on a 'Bitcoin-for-Bitcoin' basis, with the number of shares determined by the sellers' proportionate share of the combined Bitcoin holdings.

The acquisition has made H100's Bitcoin holdings worth around $228 million, making it Europe's second-largest Bitcoin treasury company behind Germany's Bitcoin Group SE.
