Hayes Sees Seven-Figure Bitcoin Target by 2030 Amid Macro Catalysts
Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, has expressed his bullish views on Bitcoin's potential to reach $1 million by 2030. However, he also emphasized that macro conditions could lead to a major upside move in the coming years, and therefore, he is not waiting to express this view through BTC alone.
In an interview, Hayes argued that a 'seven-figure' outcome for Bitcoin by 2030 is possible due to various macro drivers such as liquidity and policy. He cited a collapse of the AI bubble, broad monetary expansion ('massive' money printing), and US yield curve control as factors supporting a sustained risk-on cycle.
Hayes also pointed out that $58,000 was 'probably the bottom' for Bitcoin and prices could then 'grind higher.' He described the current environment as a 'hate fuck rally.'
