Hilbert Group reported its Q2 2026 earnings despite the decline in Bitcoin's value. The company saw growth in fee-paying assets and management revenue, with a 74% increase in management fee revenue quarter over quarter.

The stock price dropped 21.75% to $2.95 after the report, leaving it at the bottom of its 52-week range of $2.95 to $14.90. Despite this decline, Hilbert's results suggest the business is gaining scale and momentum.

Management fee revenue increased 74% sequentially, while combined management and performance fees totaled just over $232,000. Fee-paying assets under management rose in five of the first six months of 2026, including an 8.5% increase in Q2 after a 136% jump in Q1.

Barnali Biswal, group chief executive, said the quarter showed the value of execution in a difficult market. The company's strategies stayed positive while the market fell, earning from structure, spreads, and discipline rather than from the direction of Bitcoin.
