HIVE Digital Surpasses $1 Million Daily Revenue With Combined Mining and Cloud Services
HIVE Digital Technologies has achieved an average daily revenue of over $1 million, driven by its Bitcoin mining operations and GPU cloud services through BUZZ HPC. According to preliminary management estimates, the company's combined revenue surpassed the $1 million threshold from August 21, 2026. This represents a significant milestone for HIVE, with its Bitcoin production averaging approximately 12 BTC per day, equivalent to around 2% of the global Bitcoin network production.
The company's GPU cloud operations, operated through BUZZ HPC, generated an average daily revenue of around $100,000 over the same period. This dual-engine approach combines Bitcoin mining with AI infrastructure, a strategy that has driven growth for HIVE. The company is also expanding its high-performance computing (HPC) operations, having announced a five-year GPU cloud services agreement worth approximately $350 million in total contract value with an investment-grade enterprise customer in August.
HIVE's latest figures highlight the increasing trend of Bitcoin miners using existing infrastructure for AI and HPC applications. The company has described this approach as a 'dual-engine model' combining Bitcoin mining with AI infrastructure. As part of its strategy, HIVE is evaluating changes to its infrastructure portfolio, with its Swedish Bitcoin mining operations representing less than 5% of the company's global daily revenue during August.
