HIVE Subsidiary Snags Record-Breaking $350M GPU Cloud Contract
HIVE Digital Technologies has secured its largest GPU cloud contract to date, with its subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing signing a five-year agreement worth approximately $350 million. This deal adds around $70 million in annualized recurring revenue to BUZZ HPC's books and pushes the company's total contracted GPU cloud ARR to around $180 million.
The contract calls for a dedicated AI infrastructure cluster built around 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, configured in NVIDIA's GB300 NVL72 rack-scale systems. Connectivity will run through NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking, and VAST Data's storage platform will round out the stack on the data side.
This deal is significant for HIVE as it marks the company's second major High-Performance Computing (HPC) win in two months. The first contract was a $220 million three-year agreement with Bell AI Fabric and Cohere Inc., signed just last June.
