HIVE Taps Industry Veteran to Fuel AI Growth

HIVE Digital Technologies has made a significant move to boost its AI revenue growth by appointing Mark Volk as Senior Vice President, Revenue at its subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc. With nearly 30 years of experience in AI and high-performance computing commercialization, Volk's role is crucial in scaling BUZZ HPC's global revenue.

BUZZ HPC will focus on GPU-powered AI infrastructure, and Volk will lead the go-to-market strategies for this initiative. Meanwhile, HIVE has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing $1 million in average daily revenue from Bitcoin mining and GPU cloud services.

This strong growth in its digital infrastructure business has prompted the company to repurpose some of its Bitcoin mining facilities for higher-value AI and HPC applications, aiming to maximize infrastructure efficiency.
