Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has announced that it will add NFTs (non-fungible tokens) to its list of suspicious investment products.

The move comes after a review of the rapidly growing market for non-fungible tokens, which have seen significant price increases in recent months. The SFC stated that some NFTs may be misclassified as securities, and therefore subject to stricter regulations.

The addition of NFTs to the list is part of an ongoing effort by the SFC to protect investors from potential scams and Ponzi schemes in the crypto market.
