Hood County Residents' Lawsuit Against Bitcoin Mining Center Dismissed

A lawsuit against Marathon Digital Holdings and other defendants has been dismissed by Chief U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor in federal court.

The case, which involved thirty-seven Hood County residents, was granted an agreed motion to dismiss on August 21st.

The defendants included Marathon Digital Holdings, a company that operates a bitcoin mining center.
