HOOD Stock Soars as Robinhood Expands Prediction Markets and Joins Oura Syndicate
Rainbow in HOOD's stock price - analysts raise their price targets for Robinhood Markets Inc. (NASDAQ:HOOD) as shares trade higher on Tuesday.
The uptick in HOOD stock can be attributed to several factors, including an expanded prediction markets partnership with Crypto.com and a new IPO underwriting role with Oura. The partnership will bring yes-or-no event contracts from Crypto.com into Robinhood's prediction markets hub, alongside an equity stake in the crypto exchange.
Robinhood has recorded over 16 billion event contracts traded in 2026, surpassing the more than 12 billion traded across all of 2025. The company's foray into underwriting deals is a significant milestone, having received regulatory approval just three months ago in June.
Goldman Sachs raised its price target on Robinhood to $142 from $124, maintaining a Buy rating, while Cantor Fitzgerald maintained an Overweight rating and raised its price target to $150. The analyst activity suggests a bullish outlook for HOOD stock.
