Hoskinson Calls for Unity as Cardano Struggles to Regain Momentum
Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has called on the ADA community to unite behind efforts to restore its competitive position in the crypto market. Despite losing ground, he believes Cardano is technologically stronger than it was two years ago, and that notable technical progress has been made over the past couple of years.
Hoskinson admitted that while Cardano's market position, brand strength, and reputation within the crypto industry have weakened over the same period, he remains committed to the project's long-term roadmap. He invited ADA holders to join him in rebuilding trust in the ecosystem, with the goal of getting Cardano 'back to winning again.'
The comments come as ADA struggles in 2026, having fallen 49.21% since the beginning of the year and slipping to 14th place in global cryptocurrency rankings by market capitalization.
