Hoskinson to Headline Wyoming Blockchain Symposium Amid Cardano's Shift Toward Dijkstra Era
Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson will join an elite group of speakers at the upcoming Wyoming Blockchain Symposium, scheduled for August 17-20. The four-day event in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is hosted by SALT and Kraken and features a lineup of top regulators and industry leaders. Confirmed speakers include SEC Chairman Paul Atkins, former CFTC Chairman Michael S. Selig, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, and Stellar Foundation CEO Denelle Dixon.
The symposium aims to accelerate forward-thinking regulatory frameworks, promote decentralized financial models over centrally planned systems, and strengthen institutional understanding of blockchain infrastructure. Charles Hoskinson's participation offers another platform for him to engage with regulators and industry peers on Cardano's evolving roadmap.
Cardano has marked its 6th staking anniversary, reflecting progress since the Shelley upgrade in 2020. The network is shifting toward the Dijkstra era following the successful van Rossem hard fork. Intersect outlines a three-phase rollout for the Dijkstra era, with Nested Transactions and Linear Leios targeted for Mainnet by late 2026.
