Huizenga Supports Clarity Act at Crypto Roundtable in Kalamazoo

On Tuesday, Congressman Bill Huizenga joined local business owners and cryptocurrency advocates for a roundtable discussion in Kalamazoo. The event was hosted by Stand with Crypto, a Coinbase-backed advocacy group that aims to promote pro-crypto legislation.

Huizenga spoke in support of the CLARITY Act, a bill that would establish regulatory guidelines for digital commodities. He is one of 32 candidates endorsed by Stand with Crypto due to his support for the bill.

Kavitha Kanaparthi, founder of tech firm Soulverse, which offers blockchain services that integrate cryptocurrency, suggested that people should put their money into crypto because 'there's so much money in everybody's pockets these days.'
