human.tech Launches Wallet Protocol on Ika Network for Decentralized Apps
human.tech has launched its Wallet Protocol on the Ika Network for decentralized apps and AI agents, marking a major milestone in commercial applied cryptography. The Wallet Protocol allows developers to build multi-chain apps across EVM, Sui, and Solana with additional chains to be added.
The protocol uses 2PC-MPC threshold signing between two parties, one being a standard enclave and the other a decentralized multi-party computation network that can scale to 100+ nodes. This challenges successful incumbents such as Privy and Fireblocks by offering greater assurances against lock-in to rent-seeking providers and service downtime.
The WaaP CLI gives agents instant orchestration across EVM, Sui, and Solana, while the WaaP SDK allows developers to configure custom policies for user transactions with their app. Users benefit from a unified account that can enforce security policies natively on every chain without bridging.
