human.tech Unleashes Decentralized Wallet Protocol on Ika Network
The human.tech Wallet Protocol is now live on the Ika decentralized network. This new extension enables developers to build multi-chain apps across EVM, Sui, and Solana, with more chains set to be added in the future.
According to Dr. Shady El Damaty, CEO of Holonym Foundation, 'This is the first chain-agnostic and decentralized wallet protocol that does not lock you into an enterprise landlord to rent your users' keys from.'
The human.tech Wallet Protocol uses 2PC-MPC threshold signing between two parties, where one is a standard enclave and the other is a decentralized multi-party computation network. This technology challenges successful incumbents like Privy and Fireblocks by offering greater assurances against lock-in and service downtime.
The WaaP CLI gives agents instant orchestration across EVM, Sui, and Solana, while app developers can utilize the WaaP SDK to configure custom policies and specify webhooks for additional security or composability. Users benefit from a unified account that enforces security policies natively on every chain without bridging.
The human.tech Wallet Protocol addresses the core challenge of letting software have custody over important data, leveraging Ika to support any chain, custom MFA, and programmable transactions policies.
