Hunter Biden is launching a memecoin called LAPTOP on the Base network, which will allocate 20% of its supply to community airdrops and 30% to political and cultural predictions.

The project's distribution plan includes tokens for wallets that lost money holding TRUMP, as well as funds allocated for liquidity, exchange listings, legal expenses, administration, and charitable purposes.

Biden has framed LAPTOP as an attempt to take ownership of the laptop controversy that followed him for years, which was sparked by data found on a computer he left at a repair shop in 2019.
