Hunter Biden's Memecoin LAPTOP Launches September 9

Hunter Biden's memecoin, LAPTOP, is launching on Base on September 9. The token has a fixed supply of 1 billion units, with 20% allocated to airdrops. Eligible recipients include those who have negative PnL on TRUMP and subscribers to Hunter Biden's Substack and Andrew Callaghan's Channel 5 mailing list.

The Day 1 distribution includes 20 million LAPTOP tokens for eligible people with negative PnL on TRUMP, divided among participating exchanges and retail apps. Another 40 million LAPTOP tokens go to Hunter Biden's Substack subscribers who joined before September 6, weighted by subscription tier. Channel 5 subscribers receive the remaining 40 million.

An additional 100 million LAPTOP tokens are reserved for future airdrops, with eligibility criteria still to be determined. Recipients have 30 days from the token generation event (TGE) to claim their tokens, after which unclaimed tokens will be permanently burned.
