HYPE ETFs Gain Traction Among Major Financial Firms
Major financial firms have significantly increased their exposure to HYPE ETFs in recent months. According to SEC filings, UBS, Bank of Montreal, and Jane Street collectively held $18.6 million in HYPE ETF shares as of June 30.
The funds have seen consistent net inflows since then, with the latest data from SoSoValue showing a cumulative net inflow of $356.58 million between August 7 and September 4.
Jane Street's position in THYP is notable, as it may not be a simple price call due to its role as an authorized participant and market maker. The firm's reported holdings across five spot Bitcoin ETFs also rose significantly during the quarter.
