HYPE Token Faces Crucial Support Test at $52
The Hyperliquid (HYPE) token has been experiencing a sharp decline from its June record high, and it's currently approaching a critical technical area of $52 in support. If this level holds, HYPE could potentially consolidate or even experience a relief rally.
However, if the token breaks below $52, it could expose deeper losses, with the $35-$40 region emerging as a longer-term downside reference. The more aggressive bearish scenario would require additional confirmation before the $26-$28 demand zone becomes technically relevant.
Recent analysis shows that HYPE has been trading below several short- and medium-term averages, with the 50-day and 100-day areas acting as overhead barriers. The 200-day average is near $50, making the $50-$52 region particularly important for the broader trend.
The selling pressure on HYPE has coincided with notable movements from large holders, including a whale unstaking and transferring 1.02 million tokens to FalconX and Coinbase Prime. This has increased concerns about potential market supply, particularly during an established correction.
