Hype Token Sees Record Accumulation from Whales and Institutional Investors

Hyperliquid's HYPE token has seen significant accumulation from whales and institutional investors despite reaching an all-time high of $89.60 on September 6.

A large trader, known as 0x3305, purchased over $16.79 million worth of HYPE across ten consecutive days, with the token trading near its record price.

Thirty institutions have disclosed their exposure to HYPE through U.S.-listed exchange-traded funds (ETFs), with combined positions worth $74.9 million as of June 30, representing about 1.15 million HYPE tokens.
