HYPE Trader Suffers $406K Loss Amid Crypto Market Woes
A trader using the Hyperliquid platform has reported a significant loss of $406K on the HYPE token since December 2025. The trader, identified by wallet address 0xA03236E2DaCa8f5583bd4654a0F2C9D96c6702aA, had initially staked 20K tokens worth $1.15M before unstaking and routing them to Kraken three hours ago.
The same trader had made previous transactions involving HYPE, including buying 1.37M tokens for $47.79M and selling 1.25M for $45.47M last week.
Despite the loss, technical analysis suggests that a healthy retracement towards the 200-EMA at $58.36 is likely before any continuation in the HYPE price prediction setup. The current price of HYPE is testing upper Bollinger resistance at $58.44, with support held by the 50-EMA at $56.35 and a golden cross on the MACD.
