Hyperliquid and Kraken Parent Explore Regulated US Futures Launch

Payward, the parent company of Kraken, and Hyperliquid Labs are in advanced talks to offer selected perpetual futures linked to Hyperliquid's decentralized platform to U.S. traders through CFTC-regulated exchange Bitnomial.

Under the proposed setup, eligible American customers would trade these contracts through Bitnomial rather than connecting directly to Hyperliquid's platform.

The parties still need regulatory clearance before making the products available, and it is unclear which assets would be included or how many contracts could be listed.
