Hyperliquid Crypto Jumps 17% on Trump's Compliance Hints

Hyperliquid crypto surged by 17% after US President Donald Trump hinted at a compliant U.S. entry for the decentralized exchange.

The price of HYPE climbed towards $69 as derivatives activity increased, but still remained below its June all-time high of $76.87.

The rally was triggered by Trump's remarks during a White House meeting with regulators and industry executives, where he mentioned Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chair Mike Selig working on a compliant U.S. route for Hyperliquid.

Trump described the effort as bringing Hyperliquid into the country in a 'fully compliant legal fashion', but it did not establish approval or licensing.
