Hyperliquid ETF Surges Past XRP as Investors Bet on Higher-Risk Assets
The Hyperliquid (HYPE) ETF is outperforming the XRP ETF by a significant margin, with daily net inflows of $24.42 million compared to XRP's $18.47 million. This represents a 32% higher intake for HYPE products, despite XRP having a much larger market capitalization.
The price performance of HYPE is also consistent with increased investor demand for higher-beta exposure in the wake of the wider cryptocurrency rebound. The asset has broken out from its earlier highs and is currently trading at $83.20, well above its major moving averages.
However, technical analysis suggests that the trade may be getting crowded, with HYPE in overbought territory with an RSI of about 74. XRP's rally, on the other hand, has struggled to maintain momentum, with the asset currently trading at $1.42 after a rejection near $1.70.
