Hyperliquid Faces Fresh Supply Pressure as HYPE Tokens Flood Market

A fresh supply of Hyperliquid's HYPE tokens has entered the market, challenging its ability to absorb additional liquidity.

Recently, a total of 519,480 HYPE worth around $28.56 million was unstaked by Hyperion, increasing the token's float while trading at about 28% below peak levels.

Despite this, newly liquid tokens have not attracted significant inflows to exchanges, suggesting that distribution has not yet materialized.

This matters because the Assistance Fund continues generating structural demand.
