Hyperliquid (HYPE) Rebounds on Buyback Flows Amid Regulatory Concerns
Hyperliquid (HYPE) rebounded by 3.69% over the last 5 hours, driven by strong buyback and burn flows as well as treasury accumulation.
The move was part of a mildly positive altcoin market and capped by growing supply and regulatory concerns.
According to CoinMarketCap, Hyperliquid Strategies Inc., the largest HYPE holder, disclosed buying another 365,000 HYPE in 24 hours, bringing its two-week accumulation to 3.029 million HYPE at an average price near $83.40 per token.
This accumulation was funded by an expanded $2.5 billion equity facility and is tied to the protocol's buyback and burn strategy.
