Hyperliquid Labs is in talks with Payward, parent company of Kraken, to bring its perpetual futures to US traders. This comes just weeks after President Donald Trump announced his administration was working on bringing Hyperliquid into the US market.

A deal between the two companies would require regulatory approval and would allow US-based traders to use Bitnomial exchange to trade perpetual futures tied to crypto tokens built on Hyperliquid's blockchain technology.

Representatives of Payward and Hyperliquid Labs declined to comment. However, this development suggests that Hyperliquid is making progress in its efforts to expand into the US market.
