Hyperliquid Seeks US Entry with Regulated Partners
Hyperliquid, a decentralized exchange focused on perpetual futures, is making a push to allow U.S.-regulated firms to offer its no-expiry derivatives on their blockchain. This move comes after new Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) rules opened the door for certain crypto perpetual contracts on U.S.-registered platforms.
Hyperliquid aims to expand into the U.S. market by integrating its blockchain infrastructure with regulated firms rather than entering directly.
