Hyperliquid Set to Enter US Market with Payward and Bitnomial Partnership
Hyperliquid, a decentralized exchange platform, is making moves to enter the US market. The company has been in talks with Payward, Kraken's parent company, about using its Bitnomial infrastructure to offer perpetual crypto futures.
The partnership would allow Hyperliquid clients to trade perpetual futures on Bitnomial's platform. This development comes after a proposal was submitted to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) outlining the core infrastructure for the deal.
Payward acquired Bitnomial in April 2026, stating that it would provide the necessary infrastructure to launch new products and expand its presence in the US market. The partnership between Hyperliquid and Payward could set a precedent for other offshore venues looking to operate legally in the US.
