Hyperliquid Surpasses Crypto Trading Volume

ARK Invest's research director Lorenzo Valente announced that Hyperliquid surpassed crypto trading in volume for the first time. According to him, real-world assets (RWAs) represented 54% of total trading volume on the platform last week.

The growth is largely attributed to single equities, which now account for 61% of all RWA trading volume on Hyperliquid's HIP-3 markets since June.

This shift has significant implications, as it may lead to a change in market dominance. Valente suggested that traders focused exclusively on crypto token trading might be overlooking the wrong market.
