Hyperliquid, a leading decentralized protocol for crypto perpetual futures, is setting its sights on the US market. According to a recent report by The Information, Hyperliquid's growth has been remarkable, with HYPE token rising 79.2% in Q2.

The push into the US comes at an important moment for the crypto industry, as regulators are still determining how decentralized products fit into the existing regulatory framework.

Currently, Hyperliquid's trading interface is closed to US users due to restrictions on derivatives markets in the country. However, the Hyperliquid Policy Center is working with Washington strategists to create a 'clear, regulated path' for Americans to access on-chain markets.

The organization was launched in February 2026 and is led by crypto lawyer Jake Chervinsky. The center's efforts are part of Hyperliquid's strategy to navigate the complex regulatory environment in the US.
