Hyperliquid Targets US Market with Regulated Perpetuals
Hyperliquid is making a push into the US derivatives market with its proposed partnership with Payward. The plan involves offering regulated perpetual futures to American traders through Bitnomial, an exchange and clearinghouse licensed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
According to sources familiar with the talks, Payward has already submitted a proposal to the CFTC for review.
This development follows President Donald Trump's recent call for Hyperliquid to expand into the US. Trump stated that CFTC Chairman Michael Selig wanted the platform to operate 'in a fully compliant and legal fashion.'
