Hyperliquid Unveils Optional Permissioned Markets for Independent Deployment Teams

Hyperliquid has expanded its HIP-3 framework to include optional permissioned market features. This upgrade allows independent deployment teams to create markets using on-chain allowlists while maintaining control over access and operations.

The new features, which remain optional, will enable deployers or their appointed sub-deployers to manage these lists. This gives individual operators control over who can access their markets.

Hyperliquid has released the first version of HIP-3 on testnet, although its specifications are preliminary and may change following feedback.
