Hyperliquid Whale Accumulation Meets Rising Exchange Inflows
A significant whale move has strengthened the narrative of Hyperliquid's (HYPE) accumulation. A newly created wallet withdrew $3.36 million worth of tokens from Coinbase, moving them away from immediately tradable liquidity.
This withdrawal indicates a growing trend of HYPE whales retaining their tokens outside of centralized trading venues, which can tighten accessible supply and drive up demand.
However, the recent net inflow of $3.38 million on exchanges has added pressure to whale demand, creating a divergence between accumulation in isolated areas and wider exchange flows.
The derivatives market saw increased participation, with trading volume rising 18.98% to $1.74 billion, while options volume jumped 174.12% to $2.09 million.
