Hyperliquid Whale Loses $4.1M on Ethereum Position
A Hyperliquid whale has taken a significant loss on its Ethereum (ETH) position, which is now worth over $107 million.
The trader was long 45,000 ETH at an average entry price of $2486.37 after adding 28,300 ETH on August 31 when the price broke below $2500.
This leaves the whale with a substantial unrealized loss of $4.1 million as ETH has slipped under $2400.
The exchange's second-largest position is now trading inside the Bollinger Bands, with the upper band at $2504.13 serving as immediate resistance and the lower band at $2402.93 sitting just beneath current levels.
