Hyperscale Data Establishes $120M Reserve Account for Michigan AI Campus
Hyperscale Data, Inc., an artificial intelligence (AI) data center company anchored by Bitcoin, has established a Michigan AI development reserve account. The dedicated capital reserve account targets approximately $120 million to support the continued development of the company's Michigan AI data center campus.
The company announced that it will begin publishing monthly Michigan AI infrastructure progress reports, which will include updates on the balance of the Michigan Reserve Account and capital deployed during the reporting period. The first report is expected to be issued in July 2026.
Pursuant to a previously announced Master Services Agreement with a California-based neocloud provider, the customer has already provided deposits and non-recurring charges totaling $10.6 million. The company expects that the principal source of proceeds for the Michigan Reserve Account will be generated by its ATM offering.
According to Milton 'Todd' Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data, 'The Michigan Campus represents the most significant growth initiatives in our Company's history, and we believe investors deserve meaningful transparency into how we are funding and executing its development.' He continued, 'We expect the Michigan Reserve Account to continue growing over time as we allocate additional capital to support infrastructure development.'
