Hyperscale Data, a company formerly known as Ault Alliance, has made significant strides in its transition to an AI infrastructure provider. In a move aimed at financing construction of its Michigan AI data center, the company has sold approximately 100 BTC and secured a Bitcoin-backed credit facility. The proceeds from this sale are being used to fund critical infrastructure and equipment for the Michigan campus.

The Michigan campus is part of a master services agreement with an unnamed AI infrastructure provider, which is expected to generate more than $1.2 billion in revenue over its initial 10-year term. This contract also includes two optional five-year extensions, potentially expanding the total value to exceed $3 billion if fully exercised.

The company's NYSE American-traded shares (GPUS) saw a notable increase of over 5% in late morning trading on Thursday, according to Yahoo Finance data. Despite this recent development, Hyperscale Data still holds approximately 1,006 BTC, placing it among the top public corporate Bitcoin holders.
