Hyperscale Data, Inc., reported its cash and Bitcoin holdings on September 3. The company had approximately $36 million in cash and restricted cash, and about 215 Bitcoin. At a Bitcoin price of around $81,500, the total value of these assets was roughly $53 million.

This represents nearly 200% of Hyperscale Data's equity market capitalization at that time, according to Executive Chairman Milton 'Todd' Ault III. He mentioned that the company sold part of its Bitcoin holdings and used the proceeds to support the buildout of its Michigan AI data center.

The data center is being prepared for a master services agreement with a California-based neocloud provider. This agreement, which has an initial 10-year term with two five-year extension options, could generate more than $1.2 billion in revenue over its maximum 20-year term.
