Hyperscale Data Sells $5.1M Worth of Bitcoin, Expands Michigan Data Center
Hyperscale Data, an NYSE American-listed company, has disclosed that it sold approximately 65 Bitcoin in the open market during the week ended August 30, 2026. This sale generated about $5.1 million in proceeds.
The total value of Hyperscale's Bitcoin holdings is around $16.7 million, based on a closing price of $77,668 per Bitcoin as of August 30, 2026. The company holds this stash through its subsidiaries Sentinum and Ault Capital Group.
Hyperscale plans to use the funds raised from the sale to support the development of its Michigan data center. This facility is backed by a recently announced Master Services Agreement (MSA) worth around $1.2 billion, with potential expansion options that could bring the contracted value to over $3 billion.
