Hyperscale Data, Inc. has sold approximately 65 Bitcoin in the open market during the week ended August 30, 2026.

The sale generated around $5.1 million in proceeds from the company's bitcoin holdings, valued at approximately $16.7 million as of that date.

Milton 'Todd' Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data, stated the sale provides additional capital for the development of the company's Michigan data center.

The data center is owned and operated by Sentinum, Inc., a subsidiary of Hyperscale Data, which offers colocation and hosting services for digital asset mining. The company expects to divest its subsidiary Ault Capital Group in 2027.
