Hyperscale Data's Bitcoin Holdings Reach $16.7 Million Amid Michigan Data Center Development
Hyperscale Data's Bitcoin holdings have reached an aggregate value of approximately $16.7 million as of August 30, 2026, according to a recent announcement by the company. The value represents 214.9701 Bitcoins, with each coin valued at $77,668 based on the closing price on the same day.
The company revealed that it sold around 65 Bitcoins in the open market during the week ended August 30, generating approximately $5.1 million in revenue. This move is aimed at providing additional capital to support the development of its Michigan data center.
As part of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) recently announced by Hyperscale Data, the company has secured an approximate $1.2 billion contracted value for its Michigan data center. The agreement also includes expansion options that could bring the contracted value to over $3 billion and represent approximately 20% of the data center's potential 340 megawatt power capacity.
