India Investors Flock to Crypto Staking as Blockchain Participation Grows

Share

Crypto staking is gaining attention in India as investors explore ways to participate in blockchain networks and potentially earn rewards.

Unlike earning guaranteed interest on a savings account, staking involves committing eligible cryptocurrency to support proof-of-stake (PoS) or similar consensus mechanisms.

In return for verifying transactions and maintaining network security, validators may receive rewards. Users who delegate or stake their crypto can also share in these rewards, but the potential reward rate varies greatly between cryptocurrencies.
