Indian Agricultural Company Deploys Blockchain for Grain Record-Keeping
Arya.ag, an Indian agricultural warehousing company, has begun using Avalanche's blockchain technology to record grain deposits, warehouse receipts, and loan status for lenders.
The move is expected to streamline the process of verifying collateral for loans, reducing the need for separate databases and external messaging systems.
Arya.ag holds around $2 billion in crops across its Indian warehouse network and facilitates approximately $1.3 billion in annual agricultural loans.
