InfinityDAO Secures $1 Billion Insurance Program for Ecosystem
InfinityDAO is taking steps to protect its ecosystem with a US$1 billion insurance program. The UK-based specialist crypto insurance syndicate will provide multiple layers of protection for the InfinityDAO platform, its stakeholders, and qualifying insured interests.
The program covers five areas: Token Default Protection, Platform Default Protection, Crime & Digital Asset Theft Protection, Directors & Officers Liability Protection, and Ecosystem and Stakeholder Protection. This is significant because cryptocurrency ecosystems have traditionally taken on more risks than conventional financial markets.
InfinityDAO's dual-token ecosystem operates on the Polygon blockchain and has a five-module protocol architecture designed to manage token emission, liquidity, value recycling, integrity controls, and long-term sustainability. The project aims to create a structure where technology manages protocol economics while insurance addresses defined external and operational risks.
